(*1) The 20 Hotels with Variable Rent, etc. are The Ten HMJ Hotels plus ibis Tokyo Shinjuku, ibis Styles Kyoto Station, ibis Styles Sapporo, Mercure Sapporo, Mercure Okinawa Naha, Mercure Yokosuka, the b ikebukuro, the b hachioji, the b hakata and the b suidobashi.
(*2) Sales are only from hotels and exclude rent from non-hotel tenants.
(*3) ADR (Average Daily Rate): Total rooms revenue for a certain period (including service charges) is divided by the total number of rooms sold during the period.
(*4) Occupancy rate is rounded off to the first decimal place. ADR and RevPAR are rounded off to the nearest whole number. Sales are rounded off to the nearest million yen.
(*5) The large-scale renoavtion works accompanied by suspension of entire hotel operation were carried out at Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station from October 2018 through April 8, 2019. Namba Oriental Hotel had initially been scheduled to start large-scale renovation accompanied by suspention of entire hotel operation in this year (at present, the timing of the renovation will be decided later), and Hilton Tokyo Odaiba had initially been scheduled to implement large-scale renovation in this year (at present, the timing of the renovation will be decided later). Therefore, the numbers for these hotels are not included in the Ten HMJ Hotels. However, the track records of each hotel are disclosed.

(*) The Ten HMJ Hotels are Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, Oriental Hotel tokyo bay, Hotel Nikko Alivila, Oriental Hotel Hiroshima, Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa, ACTIVE-INTER CITY HIROSHIMA (Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel), Holiday Inn Osaka Namba, Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport, International Garden Hotel Narita, and Hotel Nikko Nara.
(*) Other hotels are 10 hotels which exclude the Ten HMJ Hotels from the 20 Hotels with Variable Rent, etc.
(*) As for Hotel Oriental Express Osaka Shinsaibashi and Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, the previous owners, etc. did not agree with disclosure of numerical value. Therefore, fluctuation compared with the same month last year (prior to acquisiton by JHR) and fluctuation of the cumulative total compared with last year are not disclosed.
